1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FinElectra software, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
FinElectra provides multi-tenant, cloud-based electoral administration tools. This includes voter management, digital ballot box sealing, reporting and dashboards. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS".
3. Data Privacy and Security
We implement enterprise-grade cryptographic sealing and anonymity preservation. However, institutions are responsible for providing securely vetted voter lists. FinElectra disclaims liability for data breaches resulting from compromised institutional credentials.
